Trans Lease, Inc., a leading equipment financing and leasing organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Lead to own and advance our Salesforce environment. This is a senior, highly autonomous role: rather than simply executing delegated tasks, you will independently gather requirements, design solutions, and build them declaratively across a sophisticated, integration-rich org.Beyond administration, this position carries a strong business analysis and user-experience focus. You will partner directly with stakeholders across the organization to understand how our business works, translate operational needs into well-designed Salesforce solutions, and ensure those solutions are intuitive for the people who use them every day. define and enforce data standards.Manage release and change processes, including sandbox strategy, testing, and deployment of new functionality.Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and resolve them with minimal oversight; coordinate with our Apex development contractor when programmatic work is required.Business AnalysisPartner with stakeholders across Operations, Collections, Sales, and Leadership to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements.Translate operational and business needs into clear functional specifications and well-scoped Salesforce solutions.Map current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that reduce manual work and strengthen data integrity.Quickly develop a working understanding of Trans Lease’s business model, lease lifecycle, and cross-functional workflows.User Experience & Process DesignDesign intuitive, user-centered page layouts, Lightning pages, and Flow experiences that minimize clicks and reduce user error.Apply UX best practices to ensure adoption — prioritizing clarity, consistency, and ease of use across the org.Gather and incorporate end-user feedback to iteratively refine the experience after deployment.Implementation SupportServe as a key contributor to the 2027 portfolio management platform implementation — supporting requirements gathering, solution design, integration coordination, UAT, and change management.Help ensure Salesforce and new platform data and processes align cleanly through and beyond the migration.Quality Assurance & DocumentationCoordinate and perform detailed QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new solutions and integrations, and document results.Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials for end-users across Salesforce and its integrated platforms.DocGen Template ManagementCreate, modify, and manage Nintex DocGen (Drawloop) templates, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements; troubleshoot and optimize as needed.Collaboration, Communication & AccountabilityCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership; provide training and support to end-users.Prioritize and manage your own workload against deadlines, tracking work in the team’s project management tooling (ClickUp).Stay current on Salesforce best practices, releases, and certifications, and bring forward proactive recommendations.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with strong, hands-on declarative expertise (Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, security model, reporting).Working knowledge of SOQL and relational database structure.Demonstrated business analysis capability — eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and translating needs into solutions.Demonstrated UX / process design sensibility, with examples of building intuitive, well-adopted Salesforce experiences.Proven ability to operate autonomously — owning solutions end-to-end with minimal direction.Ability to ramp quickly on a new and complex business domain.Strong documentation, organization, time-management, and accountability skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
