Title and Registration Management: Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining and maintaining commercial vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.Research and stay updated on title and registration requirements across multiple authorities to ensure accurate and efficient processing.Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and government agencies to resolve any title or registration issues promptly.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all title and registration documents in compliance with company policies. 2. Documentation and Recordkeeping:Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation required for titling and registering commercial vehicles, including titles, lien releases, bills of sale, and power of attorney documents.Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of commercial vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.Track and monitor the status of title and registration documents, ensuring timely completion of all required tasks and deadlines. 3. Communication and Collaboration:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and government agencies regarding title and registration inquiries and issues.Collaborate closely with our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure efficient lease or finance transactions.Provide guidance and support to other departments on title and registration-related matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.4.
