Asset Manager

The Asset Manager evaluates, reviews, and researches various types of transportation equipment to accurately determine values for several asset classes. In addition to overseeing the remarketing process for all returned equipment, including end of lease and repossessed assets, the Asset Manager collaborates with the Credit Department to assist in determining acceptable residual values and suggesting appropriate finance structures. This position requires regular travel to client locations for on-site equipment inspections, along with trips to manufacturers, vendors and relevant industry gatherings as needed to carry out job duties. As a Business Development Manager you will sell competitive equipment financing and leasing products to customers, and develop productive referral relationships with vendors and manufacturers in the truck, trailer and heavy equipment industry.Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry, or 5yrs sales experience. In this role you will spend about half your time on the road cultivating productive relationships with end users, dealers and equipment manufacturers.
