After more than 15 years residing in Commerce City, CO we’ve moved to Denver! We started in 1991 with just three employees above the old Transwest Trailer store on Dahlia and 77th Avenue where Summit Bodyworks is currently located. In 2007, we outgrew that location and moved into the Business Center located off I-76 and 74th Avenue. In that facility, we occupied the first floor while other businesses like Rocky Mountain Transload & XBee Records rented space on the second level.
In 2015, with over 40 employees we came to the conclusion that if we were going to continue to expand our transportation finance operations nationwide we would need a facility with plenty of space for future growth. Our parent company Transwest had already purchased land off of I-76 and Pecos in Denver, CO. At that time, All Fleet Services was running its operation from that location. The new Trans Lease building along with ATTP (All Truck & Trailer Parts) was constructed on the land below in late 2016.
Our building took 11 months to complete from start to finish. We were able to move into our brand new facility the week before Christmas 2017. We now have two full floors all to ourselves with plenty of room to expand in the future. Our first floor includes Sales, Credit & Collection departments, while the second level is all of our Operational departments including Accounting, Documentation and our Customer Service. Our new building is now conveniently located right off I-76 which makes visiting our location extremely convenient. We are hopeful that having highway visibility will increase the awareness that we offer commercial equipment financing & we will be able to serve more walk-in customers.
A great perk of our new location is being located right next to Transwest’s medium-duty truck sales department. We are now offering special financing on medium-duty trucks that are for sale at the ATTP location. This program is App-Only, meaning we only need a completed one-page credit application and personal financial statement to see if you qualify.
