The Citations & Tolls Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring, processing, and resolving toll violations, traffic citations, and related notices associated with financed or leased fleet vehicles. This role ensures accurate allocation of charges, timely resolution with state tolling/DMV authorities, and effective recovery from customers. By maintaining detailed records and enforcing compliance, the specialist helps protect the company from financial loss, penalties, and reputational risk.Trans Lease, Inc. was founded in 1993 and is an independent finance company that specializes in Commercial Transportation Equipment. Located in the greater Denver area, we have a portfolio of over $1B in managed assets and do business in all fifty states, Puerto Rico and Canada.WE OFFER A FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife (Voluntary and Employer Paid) and Disability Insurance401(K) with company match beginning with your first contribution.HSA and/or FSA, as applicablePaid Time Off, Sick Time, and Company Paid HolidaysEmployee Car Discount ProgramESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive, review, and process toll violation notices, traffic citations, and related documentation from tolling agencies and state/local authorities.Verify vehicle and lessee/borrower information to determine responsibility and ensure correct allocation of charges.Communicate with customers (lessees/borrowers) to recover payments, resolve disputes, and address outstanding violations.Submit payments to tolling authorities promptly to prevent late fees, penalties, or registration suspensions/holds.Track violations and citations in company systems; maintain accurate logs and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Partner with internal teams (collections, customer service, titling/registration) to ensure proper billing and recovery of costs.Identify high-usage patterns or repeat violators and escalate concerns to account managers or risk teams.Support continuous process improvements related to toll/citation monitoring, billing accuracy, and dispute resolution.Ensure confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and customer contracts.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.Normal range of hearing and vision.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Transportation Administration, or related field preferred).1–3 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing/financing, loan servicing, or a related administrative/compliance role preferred.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with database/ERP systems.Ability to research and resolve discrepancies; strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with customers and state authorities.Knowledge of DMV, titling, and vehicle registration processes preferred.Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post offer background check, physical and drug screening.JOB DETAILS:Type: HourlyCompensation Range: $25.00 to $27.00Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMClosing Date: When Filled#TLRead More

We are looking for our next Business Development Manager to grow our territory in the Chicago, IL area. This is an exceptional opportunity to earn unlimited income, work autonomously, and to directly impact the lives of our customers. As a Business Development Manager you will sell competitive equipment financing and leasing products to customers, and develop productive referral relationships with vendors and manufacturers in the truck, trailer and heavy equipment industry.Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry, or 5 years sales experience. In this role you will spend about half your time on the road cultivating productive relationships with end users, dealers and equipment manufacturers.
