Randy joined Trans Lease in February 1999 as one of the first Business Development Managers for the company. He has since held the positions of National Vendor Program Manager, VP of Business Development, SVP of Sales and Marketing, and in April of 2020 he was appointed to the position of President of Trans Lease. His focus has always been on business development. He was instrumental in creating a national presence, including Trans Lease Canada in 2010 and a Central Region, headquartered in Roseville, Minnesota this past year. Originally from North Dakota, Randy received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mayville State University.

Nate joined Trans Lease in June 2018 after helping establish a new analytics department at the financial services firm, TIAA. Nate earned his Bachelors Degree in Finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado. Nate has continued to develop and improve the Credit Department and its various programs. Nate’s primary focus is the growth of Trans Lease’s capital structure and management of the company’s treasury activities. He continues to oversee the end-to-end company analytics framework that delivers key sales, marketing, and financial KPIs to the respective business units, while focusing on the implementation and enhancement of predictive risk capabilities and strategic portfolio management.
